1. Product
EDEN Parfum, 50 ml. The product is intended for personal use.
All rights to the design, branding, packaging, and fragrance formula are fully owned and protected by LAMA FILM LLC (operating as EDEN)
2. Pricing & Payment
units at $25 per unit.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
Retail price is determined at the time of purchase and may vary. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Wholesale pricing is available for orders of 300+
Full payment is required at checkout through the official sales platform.
No product will be shipped without full payment.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.
Shipping within the United States is currently included (subject to change).
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.
4. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client.
Refunds will be processed only after inspection and approval of the returned product.
No refunds will be issued after 15 days from the delivery date.
5. Limitation of Liability
In any event, the Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client.
Risk of loss transfers to the Client upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including allergic reactions, misuse of the product, or dissatisfaction with scent
preferences.
6. Product Disclaimer
The Client acknowledges that fragrance perception is subjective.
The Company does not guarantee that the scent will meet individual preferences.
The Client is responsible for checking any potential allergies before use.
7. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, shipping
disruptions, strikes, or government restrictions.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including branding, packaging, product design, fragrance composition, photos, and marketing materials, remain the exclusive property of
LAMA FILM LLC (operating as EDEN)
The Client may not reproduce, resell under another brand, modify, or use any materials without written permission.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the Client and supersedes any prior communications.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
