PARFUM SALES AGREEMENT
1. Product
EDEN Parfum 50 ml (recommended for women). All rights to the design, brand, and formula
are protected.
2. Price & Payment
Retail Price: $59 (subject to change up to $100).
Wholesale Price: Orders of 300+ units — $25 per unit.
Full payment is required at checkout via the online store using available payment systems.
No product will be shipped without full payment.
3. Shipping
Shipping Method: UPS.
Delivery Time: 2–5 business days after payment.
A tracking number will be provided.
Currently, shipping within the USA is included in the price (subject to change).
4. Returns & Refunds
The client may return the product within 15 days if the perfume is in good condition and
completely full.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
Refunds are processed only after product inspection.
5. Liability & Force Majeure
LAMA FILM by EDEN LLC is not liable for delivery delays, damages, or losses caused by the
carrier or circumstances beyond control (strikes, extreme weather, customs delays, etc.).
6. Intellectual Property
All rights to the EDEN brand, packaging design, fragrance formula, and marketing materials
are owned by LAMA FILM by EDEN LLC.
The client may not use photos, videos, or other content without prior written permission from
the company.
7. Entire Agreement
This agreement represents the full understanding between LAMA FILM by EDEN LLC and the
Client, and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements.

WEDDING VIDEOGRAPHY CONTRACT
WEDDING VIDEOGRAPHY AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made between LAMA FILM (“Videographer”) and Client for professional wedding videography services.
1. Services
Videography services according to the selected package (Large, Middle, Small, or Unlimited Luxury).
Shooting may include drone footage, Instagram trend reels (if possible), and stylishly dressed team members (black T-shirts with LAMA FILM logo).
A third team member may film Instagram stories/blog content, if available.
2. Team
Two professional teams, each consisting of two videographers.
The team available on the booked date will perform the shooting. Both teams maintain the same professional standards.
3. Booking & Payment
To secure the date, a non-refundable deposit of $1200 is required.
The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the wedding or one day prior.
No services will be delivered until the balance is fully paid.
4. Travel Fee
LAMA FILM is based in Portland, Oregon.

5. Delivery Timeline & Revisions
Final edited videos are delivered within 1–4 months, depending on workload. Typically, delivery is within 1 month.
One round of revisions is included free of charge.
Each additional round of edits costs $100.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Rescheduling is possible only if requested 30+ days in advance and subject to availability.
If the client cancels less than 30 days before the wedding, no payments are refunded.
7. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate event details and notify the exact start time at least 5–7 days before the wedding.
Ensure full access to all shooting locations and secure any necessary permits.
Be responsible for any delays caused by venue restrictions or schedule changes.
8. Force Majeure
LAMA FILM is not liable for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control (illness, accidents, extreme weather, natural disasters,
government restrictions).
In case of force majeure on the Videographer’s side, the deposit will be refunded or an alternative date will be offered.
9. Copyright & Usage
LAMA FILM retains copyright ownership of all footage.
The Client is granted a personal-use license for viewing and sharing.
LAMA FILM may use selected footage for portfolio, marketing, and social media unless the Client declines in writing before the wedding.
Raw footage is not included unless separately agreed upon.
10. Entire Agreement
This agreement reflects the entire understanding between LAMA FILM and the Client and overrides any prior discussions. By signing, the Client confirms they have read,
understood, and agreed to all terms.
